Trustees praised the Fire Dept. for the good job during the flood crisis. Also Mr. Pruden indicated thanks to the City Manager for having dumpsters at the Depot parking lot that could accommodate both the city and the township. The township will share in the cost of those dumpsters. The call system to residents worked very well and Waste Management also reacted very quickly to the emergency. T-Mobile has progressed by staking out the area behind the salt bins, we have received our first payment from them. The road dept. has done some additional ditching and the mowing is up to date. A number of areas along New London were fixed and 4 new tires were put on the truck. A variety of different signs need to be ordered, trustees indicated to Mr. Schupska to go ahead and order those signs. The township crew has also picked up trash as a result of flooding damage within the township. Damage to township roads in respect to being covered by some reimbursement from FEMA is not yet clear. There are meetings this week to make determination in that respect. An estimate from the flood damage was about $26,000.00 to the township. Mr. Russell pointed out that we had received the go ahead on Addison Rd. to start preparing the road for paving. Bids have not been let yet, probably will not complete the Addison Rd.
