Geneva Township Special meeting, Oct. 29^th, 2008.

Those present were Mr. Mills, Mr. Pruden, Mr. Russell and Fiscal Officer Long.

Mr. Pruden made the motion , Mr. Russell seconded the approval of the recommendation of the Zoning Board to change the property on S. Myers Rd., formerly the Gold Clinic, from recreational to residential.

A discussion was held in respect to a spreader replacement for one of the township trucks, it was decided that Mr. Mills would review the quotes and determine which quote best fits our needs.

There being no further business, on a motion by Mr. Russell and seconded by Mr. Pruden unanimously approved returning to Executive Session to discuss litigation
